Trans Am picture for yearbook(burnout)

I'm one of the photography editors for yearbook at school so of course my car is going to show up in the yearbook a few times. Here's the one that's going on the sweetest rides spread:

btw that's taken in the school parking lot. hopefully no one notices the black strips down the entire parking lot :shifty:

your actually going to publish a photo of you doing something illegal on school property in the school yearbook?

creeper 02-24-2009 09:02 PM

and i know the car is filthy. the deadline is in 2 days and we found out today that this thread existed so we had to hurry.

Knipps 02-24-2009 09:02 PM

My car was in the yearbook but it was a caprice next to my friend's stang

worded like that it seems like a pretty dumb idea.

the yearbook teachers thought it was cool though. if anyone says anything about it we won't, or we might just do a collage and block the background, we'll see.

lol thats awesome, my gf was on the yearbook comittee and did a whole article on my friends cars

Pic looks great but unless teachers dont care i agree with Cbrrmike

Mike 02-24-2009 11:40 PM

who cares what the teachers say? i would care more about any police officers assigned to the school....good way to be on the **** list in the future is letting anyone and everyone see that

MonmouthCtyAntz 02-25-2009 05:27 AM

cool pic

ta350 02-25-2009 06:26 AM

Great pic.... its cool just be like I wasnt driving.... See the windows are tinted ;)

Teds89IROC 02-25-2009 11:32 AM

cool pic 8-) I agree with Mike as a general thing but the schools around here (unless it's Manchester) don't have police assigned to them who would see the picture and if the teachers are cool with it, why not.

creeper 02-25-2009 01:27 PM

it's a very small school so there's no police assigned to it and none of the teachers really care. the yearbook teachers thought it was cool. the principal watched one of my friends do a burnout and just kinda laughed and told him not to do it again.

See i was good friends with my School officer forgot about them. hHe has an 11 sec B4c and prob wouldnt have cared. I would be worried about teachers and school sueing for property damage or something like that. Still an awsome pic I would love to take one of my car doing a smokey burnout. But I would have no idea where to take one. I dont think you could get a shot as nice as that one at atco.

one of my teachers texted me last night and said that after the budget meeting at my school last night a bunch of the dads were standing around admiring my tire tracks and talking about how they did the same thing in high school. one of them did a burnout in his jeep when he left haha.

Anti_Rice_Guy 02-26-2009 01:31 PM

Yeah but I figured that's a lawsuit waiting to happen. Favoritism, etc.

We all know substitute teachers don't have lives though

ryanfx 02-26-2009 02:26 PM

is your teacher hawt?

miketa95 02-26-2009 07:29 PM

On my last day of high school I did a huge burnout in the parking lot, and so did my friend in his mustang, then we left. A teacher came out and asked if someone's car overheated because he saw all the smoke, but my dumb friend said "No that was just Mike and Chris doing burnouts." Luckily they were in a good mood since it was the last day and they didn't care.
