Is so i have the perfect upgrade for you! I put an 09 talgate on all you need is a new roller from ford. is cost me $8.

Anyway i went and bought an 08 w/ the step that comes out the top. I dont want to spend another 200 on paint i just want to sell it, havent been working and can use the money. If interested i will help you install it and even bring it to you! Try to get what i paid for it. $500 its white and perfect shap! here is a picture of the one on my truck
