So I found this setup on ebay. What else would I need to do the swap over?

hard to tell from the picture, but I don't see the master cylinder. Its small so I may just not be seeing it.

Need to modify the harness with new pigtails(backup lights, CAGS, dunno if the speedo is different), edit the pcm so it doesn't think that it needs to shift.

New clutch, resurhace or replace the flywheel. Couple quarts of ATF and brake fluid. And make sure the inspection cover is included.

Some sawzall blades or cutoff wheels for a grinder. Center console, lower boot. Im sure theres something else

It is from fparts, aka Contemporary Corvette, so there is a pretty good chance that all of the stock parts you need are included. Give them a call and ask, they are great guys, I have dealt with them several times before.

i would call them and write down what is included. ls1tech has write-ups on the conversion and list all the parts needed. just check them off.
