Random recycling question
 

For the guys that fish, I just switched my one reel to braid line and have a ton of old mono left from the reel. What do I do with it? Just trash it?

Craigslist?

Nah, its a ball of plastic at this point.

Ahh...i missed the "from the reel" part. Not sure if it would be recyclable or not. Call whoever runs your recycling program and ask.

Yea my Dad actually just took a pair of scissors to the ball and made it into lots of mono bits.

And btw, braid FTMFW. :)

i think there is a way to recycle of it... im just not quite sure...might be worth a shot to ask the next time you go to the bait / tackle shop

throw it out, it'll decompose in a few hundred years, no big deal.
