Shift Knobs?

Heys guys, im looking to do some little changes to the inside of my car, and i figured why not upgrade my shift knob? but heres the problem, i dont have a manual. I got a Hughes street/strip turbo 350, so i got the ugly stock automatic shifter. I was wondering if anyone makes a nice shift knob (B&M, Hurst) that works with the staple thingy they use to keep the stock knob on?

Never seen any type of replacement for just the stock shifter handle. Only thing I've ever seen was a complete shifter swap.

Yeah, and there are plenty of options for a turbo 350.
