hot dammmmmmmm V6 powaaaa

xrelapse13 06-29-2009 11:40 PM

the v6 is pretty sweet. but in all honesty, u can do a burnout with 200hp too. it just takes a brake and gas pedal.

B4C 06-29-2009 11:59 PM

^ yeah my 1974 140 hp 350 does em  The v6 camaro has almost as much hp as the new mustang gt:lol:

Let me know if you can perform a show like that.

Id like to see shops start tuning up that SIDI 3.6. I know of one company that tuned up a CTS with teh engine to 340hp.

Formulalt1 06-30-2009 12:26 AM

Like the car but feel bad for it.

Jam 06-30-2009 01:19 AM

Tell you what, it moves my dad's heavy ass STS with ease. Seems faster than his old 300C with the Hemi.

MonmouthCtyAntz 06-30-2009 06:37 PM

sweetbmxrider 06-30-2009 07:13 PM

I've done some retarded burnouts with my 3.4...I've had more smoke roll in that than my T/A

NastyEllEssWon 06-30-2009 11:26 PM

btownws6 06-30-2009 11:29 PM

ib4200 06-30-2009 11:39 PM

looks pretty good with the volume way down low

Formulalt1 06-30-2009 11:51 PM

Wow tough audience. I am actually very impressed with how far American V6's have come, it wasn't too far back most American V6 cars where getting there ass's handed to them by 4 cylinder imports (excluding obviously the bad ass 3.8 buick).

BigAls87Z28 07-01-2009 05:05 PM

Yeah, GM's 3.6 SIDI engine is really a heck of a piece. I was very happy to see GM place it in the Camaro, considering the only car prior to get it was the CTS, and its an option on that car.

Slow-V6 07-01-2009 07:49 PM

Um v6's cant be cool!!! Its an F-body people.. It shouldn't matter if it is a 4 banger 84 camaro or a V6 2010 camaro.. Its still an F-body.. You should be happy that they are out on the street period.. Show some love for the F-bodies..

If I was to purchase a new camaro it would be a R/S.. I think they look better and I already have a V8..
