Timing cover for lt1
 
Does anyone have a front timing cover or know of anywhere i'd be able to get one.|
I might have bought one pending the deal

what year is the block? they are specific. really just 96-97 got a crank position sensor, i am almost certain 93-95 are identical

Nope, 93-94=same, 95 same as 96-97 but without the crank sensor.

Mine is 93 block but if I can turn it into a 95+ i don't mind I dont have an opti yet and I'm doing a cam anyway so the chain will be replaced also. It really doesn't matter to me.

More dependent on what PCM you run... I would try to get a 95 one.

And featherburner... a 95 cover does not have a CPS hole... so how is that the same as a 96?

As I stated above... it is the same as the 96-97 but without the CPS.(accepts a vented/pin drive opti) Which also means it is completely different than a 93-94.(accepts a spline drive opti)

And I have a 94 computer at the moment but it has no where near my tune. Its done by pcm for less and then would anyone have a 95 timing cover??
