F my life

so basically lets sum things up, I hit the car port with the camaro, damaging the fender. yay I'm a jackass. I take my truck for a tire rotation and an oil change this morning, and this turns into front suspension is needing replacement. ball joints/idle arms, the other arm down there. ok! That puts a damper on my mood. Then, some ****ing lady backs into my door while my truck is at the shop, so now it's in a body shop. **** my life.

BonzoHansen 07-15-2009 03:55 PM

is the paint on the camaro scratched? if not paintless dent repair ftw!

Sorry about your bad luck streak.

I finally was able to start my car today after a year of sitting, only to lose all the coolant I just put in and now that everything's hooked up I've got no power. FML

the whole fender had to be bodyworked and repainted. =( of course my fenders have flames and metal flake

as bad as it seems, just remember that someone out there has it worse than you do. that usually helps me keep things in perspective.

Bondo fly by night job Im guessing? Take a magnet across the area fixed,. see if it sticks...

S.J.SLEEPER 07-22-2009 11:00 PM

look at the bad as a good thing.... you get to spend more quality time with your car !!!!
when something breaks or goes wrong with one of my vehicles it just gives me an excuse to get out of the house and away from the wife.

We all have our bad days. Just remember people are having it far worst. We have a few guys from this forum in Iraq and Afganistan wishing to be home. There having some bad days believe me I am talking from experience. Last year in a 2 week span. I was rear ended, Hit a pothole 1000 dollar damages, and clutch went, and appliances around the house started breaking. What an expensive couple of weeks. Man I couldnt win lol. Lately I have some good luck so hopefully its sticks. Hope all will work out for ya!! I am sure it will..

band77one 07-23-2009 11:25 AM

It's going back next week at the latest. I am hoping they put a new door on because from what I've priced out the skins are more expensive than the actual replacement doors lol. hopefully ill have my car back next week too.

also on the bright side, you weren't in a truck that drove over 70lbs of homemade explosive buried in the road today...
