TORQUE ARM? who got the best 1 for the $
need an adjustable torque arm, preferably chromoly,
whos got the best bang for the buck? needs to be trans mount type unless good deal on crossmember/t-arm mount setup |
Spohn or UMI . both about the same. Buy from one of the sponsors here and suppost the site!!!

**Moved to Chassis & Suspension**
For a 4th gen I would personally go with a UMI Chassis Mount adjustable CM arm. Seen a switch from a BMR trans mount adjustable CM arm to the UMI chassis mount make a huge difference. - Justin |

thx for the info guys do appreciate it, seems to me the cencus says go with a chassis mount type so i will be doing so.
|
i got a spohn on my iroc and ive always been happy with its benefits
|
spohn chasis mounted here. nice piece. either should suite you well.
|
i have a umi chassis mounted arm, top quality stuff.
|
The UMI design is very nice since they use a double poly bushed hinge joint where some other torque arms transfer a little more noise since they are a steel sleeve/poly combo hinge joint..
|
id go spohn, because if you decide to change transmission style you can just buy the trans swap x-member later for the style you are running. there are plenty of 8 sec cars running spohns stuff, look at radialtireking's car he is DEEP 8's almost 7's on spohns equipment.
