All of these ********** should have a morals clause in their contract. No run ins with the law, dui, dwi, domestic abuse, rape,no dog fighting,no accidental discharge of a firearm,no carrying a concealed weapon etc. etc. I'm so sick of this "thug life" ********! You "F" up, you're out! These guys lead charmed life for playing gym class.

^^Sometimes **** happens. Everyone deserves a 2nd chance.
Good. Here's his 2nd chance. 3 strikes & you're out, though; (IMO). |
Well, I'm looking at it as any other type of job. Every company goes through a criminal background and it's up to management if they wanna take the risk with someone that has a record. Everyone has to make a living to support themselves and their family. Don't see how this would be any different.

You're 100% right though, if a company(aka team) wants to take a chance then why not. I personally think Vick should be banned from a moral standpoint but everyone makes mistakes. I'm gonna laugh at any team that tries to sign him...the guy is a stiff...he's a great ATHLETE but a horrible, horrible overrated QB. |

if i were an nfl owner, i would sign vick. but no, not as a starting QB. id have vick as the 2nd, maybe even 3rd string QB. but for those of us who really know football know about the wildcat and how deadly vick would be in that offense. yea signing vick would cause some ruckus, but after that first 60 yard scramble it'll be back to normal mike vick

I SAY NO WAY JOSE! When he had all the fame and money, he had to resort to fighting dogs and killing some of them, just to get his kicks off. Why is it OK to rehire him, when you have the chance to make a moral decision, he went the wrong way. We should respect all life, and we have to speak for those that can't. What did those dogs have to go threw to satisfy someones lust for watching them try to kill one another! Why should we feel sorry for him now. If he was not caught, it still might be going on. People only show remorse for breaking the law when THEY ARE CAUGHT. Just my :2cents:
|
Give him a raise and a signing bonus.
|
Cut em up and feed him to the dogs?
|
Whats the difference? He is back with the rest of his steriod drug takeing buddies in the national felony league (NFL). Half of em are two time losers anyway.
|
I would sign him no questions asked if i needed a QB on my team... who gives a **** about a persons moral aspects when winning and making money are the drivers of your decisions, hes a football player, not a priest
|
I read somewhere there was talks of Vick going to Buffalo.
