Ok please help
I posted a thread yesterday about my smokyness. They said the valve seals could cause it to smoke and not start right, i did a little more evaluation when starting today....the car will not start until i try about three times cause there is not oil pressure? as i keep cranking it and the pressure goes up its starts right up but then stalls if i dont keep it reved and while i rev it smokes until it warms up i guess? this is my first gm so any help with be greatly appreciated and if u know anyone who can do my seals please let me know thanks again guys!

its not starting and you have to keep reving it because the oil is seeping through the seals and into the combustion chamber. therfore all your doing is burning the oil off along with fuel.
valve seals are realatively easy to do. need a compressor, air line, compression tester end, and new seals. will need vlavespring installer too. you can do these in the car. i'm in barnegat too. call me tomorrow after 12 and i'll stop by, lend you some tools and explain how to do it if needed. i'll pm you my # |
