All over the world there is a temendous amount of thought that goes into selecting the races used in advertisements. Most major corporations that market towards people are guilty of this. They just happened to get lazy with it and now its a big deal. The people are selected and used based on demographics of the area the advertisement is run.

yeah if it was a completely different add sure i'd say they put thought into it, but the fact it is the exact same add photo shopped and poorly at that tells me it was a last minute decision.
But it is still funny that a big corporation such as microsoft wouild do something stupid like that they had to now it would raise hell......
