as im shure most of you know my father had a run in with a divider and a ford explorer after the axle snapped on my car... heres some of the damage pics

the entire like hub assembly snapped. you cant really see it in any of the pics. but like the wheel fell of cuz it broke and the brakes and stuff are still in the rim. and yeah, i loved my color. i never saw another car, let alone camaro in PPM. its even hard to find pics off lol

sad to see, my lt is at the machine shop now, was going with a 383,but heard about a 388 str, do you know anything on them? was going with eagle setup or scat.

i have a eagle kit in my car. and i had no problems with it so im going to recomend eagle.

eagle actually gets VERY bad reviews for their cranks

nah... im goin the LS1 route. i love my LT1 but its like playing with a dinosaur

I wouldnt say dinosaur but its much easier to find what u need for the LS platform....Plus the LS is a good amount faster from the get go.

true. i loved my LT1. mostly for the look on peoples face after they get beat by an LT. just like the guy w. the "11.2" TB SS from spring valley/nanuet that said LT1 camaros belong in the bone yard and that he was gunna beat me so bad that he would shut the key off at the 1/8 mile. we stretched him by about 4 cars....

Yea i owned 2 LT1's and loved both. Back when the LS was fairly new once people saw the performance difference they were jumping ship right and left...the aftermarket followed suit.

Yea.... I mean if you liked snapped cranks well they are prob good for ya. :lol:

thats cast, not forged. look at their rated flywheel hp

I'm pretty sure when eastside had the lsx nitrous record with a 500 shot they had an eagle crank in the motor:wink:

was it in a driveway on jackstands?

i actually dont find LS1s as fun because the torque comes in much higher, LT1s are a much more fun car to drive
