11th PONTIAC FALL NATIONALS @ ATCO-Anyone Going?
 

There is a Show N Go at ATCO tomorrow Oct.31. It is the 11th Annual Pontiac Fall Nationals and it will be a JUDGED show. In the racing department they have a Pro Pontiac class with a $500.00 winner/ $200.00 runner up/ $100.00 semifinal and $50.00 quarterfinal. Really good show put on by a GTO club. I'll be there with my Trans Am and my girlfriends bringing her GTP...does anyone know how much it is to get in?

It's $15.00 for the show and $35.00 for the race.

Looks like I'll be in for racing the G8.

Looks like rain coming in around 3-4 o'clock. Can't take a chance of riding 1 1/2 hours in the rain with the Bird. LOL to all who go.

Yea I saw the forecast but I'm just lookin to get some runs in. The G8 is my daily so it's not a stranger to rain. Is your son still goin?

NO, Darren was only going if I went also. Just got off the phone with the show promoter and he said when they got there at 6:00 am it was POURING, but it stopped around 9:00 and the track officials are TRYING to dry off the track and THE SHOW IS ON. He said the parking lot looks like a lake, but it will not stop the trailer queens or the DD from showing up. ONLY 9 cars were there at 9:45. It's really SUCKS that they plan for an event for the whole year and then must put on a half-as show because the track says go. :-x
