 try building something yourself.

irocz2173 11-01-2009 10:15 PM

how bout im smart enough not to spend that much anymore. fully capable. I just know that I would never pay the $20,000+ in receipts i was handed today. Dont be jealous chris

NJ Torque 11-01-2009 10:19 PM

Jealous of what?

You buying an already built car from LS1Tech? Yeah, oodles.

Your a ****ing toolbag and your probably gonna go around saying you built it too!

irocz2173 11-01-2009 10:22 PM

go to sleep chris isnt it past your bedtime.

Anti_Rice_Guy 11-01-2009 10:32 PM

Then why'd you sell your car?

irocz2173 11-01-2009 10:42 PM

Looking for something with a bit more power and I had found it before I sold mine. It has been in the works for the last few weeks now. I was trying to get more into the drag racing aspect of it while still retaining all of the stock features for daily use. I think I have finally found something I am going to keep for a while (lol i may not be saying that next week though). I also needed to pay some college **** off before next semester. That was the really big rush. I ended up selling both of my vehicles within 24 hours of each other. Made the money i needed and got what i wanted. Maybe a picture will help you guys guess...

Anti_Rice_Guy 11-01-2009 10:44 PM

Ahh, gotcha. Nice find!

irocz2173 11-01-2009 10:50 PM

thanks man. D1SC, 408 fully forged, stage 4 6 speed, spec 3 clutch, 10 bolt with 3.73s, bogarts big n little, etc

Car is very powerful but... the rear is shot which i already knew and the tune could use some driveability adjustments. Shouldn't be long before its perfect lol

Anti_Rice_Guy 11-01-2009 10:55 PM

Damn sounds exactly what njgunslinger wants to do to his car. What does it run/dyno?

irocz2173 11-01-2009 10:58 PM

These are all numbers from the previous owner as i just bought it today but it put down 659 HP and ran a best time of 10.98 and a best mph of 134. It still has A/C and cruise control. I drove it 5 hours today getting 21 mpg and will be driving it 12 hours next weekend to bring it back to jersey

ShadowHawk 11-01-2009 11:02 PM

Lucky scum...it shoulda been me!! DAMN THAT BASTARD for not trading me!! LOL!

When you get bored of this one, um...YO!

And damn you again for selling my car...hope to god it went to a good home.

irocz2173 11-02-2009 09:12 AM

irocz2173 11-02-2009 07:53 PM

Thanks. Its crazy fast. Just sent money for a rear today. Should be at my house by thanksgiving break. Moser 12 bolt 33 spline axles, true trac, relocation brackets, 1500 miles and much more. $1900 shipped

funrudy 11-12-2009 01:34 AM

Glad to see another T/A will be well cared for!
Congrads & Great Find!

irocz2173 11-12-2009 11:07 AM

Decided not to get the true trac rear. I am in need of a 9 in with a wavetrac. Does anyone have one for sale? I am looking for a 3.70 gear and obviously 35 spline axles. There is one with a detroit locker that I am looking at now but I don't know how I feel about the locker on the street. It is my daily driver so I want it to be quiet.

irocz2173 11-13-2009 12:18 PM

I am thinking about going with a new Quick Performance rear. Has anyone used one?

irocz2173 11-14-2009 07:50 PM

Ended up not going with a quick performance but actually one of their competetors. They gave me a great deal on my dream setup so i decided to just do it. Hopefully it will be here by thanksgiving break

9" housing
aluminum center section
35 spline axles
wavetrac (lifetime warranty)
3.70
relocation brackets
adjustable torque arm mount
sway bar mounts
shipped to my door for $2700

I can't wait to put this thing in and get rid of all that rearend noise i currently have lol

FlyingDutchman 11-14-2009 07:53 PM

siiiick car man!

irocz2173 11-16-2009 07:49 PM

NJ Torque 11-16-2009 08:00 PM

irocz2173 11-16-2009 08:16 PM

kentucky speed and performance. I will let everyone know how my transaction goes. Just ordered it on saturday and he said it should be here next wednesday they said. They gave me the aluminum center section for free cause i asked them to make it worth my while to order from them.
