time is getting closer...
 

...well 2009 is almost coming to and end, and that also means im getting closer to coming home.

I am now down to just a few more weeks until I fly out of this worthless country, and return to the good ole U S of A. I do know an exact date i expect to be in NJ, but due to rules regulations and OPSEC, i cant say, especially on a public forum.

As of now it looks like i will be celebrating Christmas in NJ and of course that means some type of party around that time. Both my SS and SKY are staying as of now and a 4wd truck is in the works to add to my collection.

I can't believe ive spent the better part of a year over here, got shot at, blown up, frozen, sunburned, and more, yet im still kickin'. lol. Now those who know me will agree i may never have been 100% right in the head prior, but now i think i have a few more screws loose. haha, At least i realize it and try to control it, and it should wear off after a few weeks home. And with my curret ?gf/non-gf? not knowing if she can commit driving me insane, im always a little on edge. but hey, that's life...

Now for matt, melissa, alex, ryan, kasey, etc... the next party will be just as grand as any other hopefully, but i think the guest list will stay a tad bit smaller this time. 200+ invites was a lil overkill.

At least you picked the right year to be away from NJ. The weather this year has been so lousy that you didn't miss out on much. That's pretty cool that you're nearing the end of your duty, it doesn't seem like it was that long ago you left. Stay safe!

yea, hopefully it wont be too cold or snowy when i get back to NY, so my trip to NJ will be easy and quick.

Expect a gathering say the 18th or 19th of dec... details are in the works.

Plus possibly a new years event... not so sure on that one yet, its a lot of work to setup/clean up.

18th.....Fridays FTW.
