I voted year round even though I haven't driven my current Camaro. I drove my first Camaro ('85 2.8/A4) all year round with no issues.

driving in the snow is fun, i wish i had a posi and a v8 though. but in the snow both wheels grab

creeper 12-19-2009 09:35 PM

just got my winter tires installed this morning. i don't have room or money for a second car. maybe in a year or two. for now it's not too bad though. i hate the salt and how fast it gets dirty but oh well, it's still fun.

Savage_Messiah 12-19-2009 09:48 PM

i used to... every year it got worse in the snow. Side effect of every year having steeper gears, among other things, probably

Tru2Chevy 12-19-2009 10:34 PM

Well, what are you waiting for? You have lights in the parking lot, right? Get down to the shop, do some donuts, and post up pics :D

It'll make you feel warm and fuzzy inside

stevethepirate 12-20-2009 03:19 AM

Mine stays garaged from early October-early April. I would keep it out a bit longer, that is just when I can drive home from school.
~3,500-4,000 miles a year.

I LOVE THE snow lolol
I got pulled over this morning the cop runs up to my window and yelling

Cop: what the hell u think your doing, i was behind you and u was going sideway for 3 blocks.
ME: well sir its a 92 firebird
Cop: why are u driving a 17 year old car rwd car in this kind of car in weather like this
ME: because i can
cop starts laugh and calls me crazy as some guy in a ford f150 slides in to a pole.
Cop: well drive slow and safe now

as he runs to the ford
