Surprise! Snow this morning!

What a pain. Open the garage door at 6:00am to leave for work and its snowing. Weather folks said it wouldn't start to later in the AM.

So armed with the knowledge that there is a new Truetrac in the rear, off I head to work. This is slippery snow, and I pass more 4x4's crashed off the road than I care to count. At one intersection, three SUV's pile into each other making a left turn. Can you guys say "slow down"? Geez, I had to weave my way through the carnage to get to the office.

Now the sun is out and I made it without anyone crashing into me, so I guess its going to be a good day.

2.5 hours to get to school and we only had 1" of snow when I left. Roads were mostly black, no idea why there was so much more traffic than any other snowstorm

so one is to infer that a 3.8L fbody with a 3.73:1 posi rear, low temp thermostat, and a tune is better in the snow than x amount of 4x4's and at least 3 SUV's?
