Thats awesome. My gf used to drive a Volvo with 200K on it and the thing ran great. I think Volvo even has a Million Mile Club

the old 5 cylinder volvos are just getting broken in at 200k miles. Theyre not much to look at, and theyre not very fast, but you can't kill 'em. I saw one with over 500k on it, original owner. It was a 740 I believe. He refused to get a new one because "they don't make them like they used to" which is very true.

theres a illion mile club i believe for cummins trucks, i remember reading about one guy with over 1.5 million with the stock clutch.

Volvo gave someone a new car for being the original owner and hitting a million miles iirc

Not only is the milage impressive, but she knows where things are, carries her own diagram, and keeps the paperwork to make sure the companies make good on their warranties.

More power to her. And I agree, she should have been road tested to make sure she could still drive.

Yea those are impressive engines. My gf drove an S40 4cyl Turbo that had some pep to it and ran great. The new ones are so damn expensive though
