WOT lock up

for some reason im having a wot lock up in second and third i have a 4l60e with a tci 3800 converter. the lockup is disabled in hp tuners but still keeps locking up this is my second trans that is having this issue any ideas?

Are you throwing any codes? I was getting a p0300 for random misfires because of the changed rotation mass when I swapped converters. The trans would do some wacky things shifting in and out of lockup because of it.
