Atco Friday 4/29?

I was wondering if anyone would be interested in making an Atco trip on Friday night. I plan on running my car for the first time so it should be interesting since I have never made a track run lol.

4/30 sorry misread the calender

I made it there to the gate, said there was half hour left of racing, I turned right around and went home. My friend got there like an hour before me, and forgot to mention it was a NHRA night. If all goes as planned, I will be heading up there this friday, anybody else going?

If i get mine fixed by then Ill be there. Need to put the a/c compressor on when it gets here. I know I don't need a/c but the pulley is making en effed up noise and I really don't think I should even be driving it let alone race it lol

don't run your a/c when you get there. you should actually shut it off a good time before you go/get there. no one likes water on the lanes :-x

No it makes the noise even when i have a/c and defrost off. The compressor blew the clutch so it makes a wretched griding noise when the car is running.

yes, i understand the bearing went. just saying don't run it before/while racing

Well since you understand it and I have never had this problem before... do you think it is safe to continue driving nomrally or should i only drive sparingly?

well, when the bearing seizes, you will smoke the belt.
