Having a lot of work done...New Old Member
I expect the bird to be in perfect shape when I get it back... that 3800 Series 2 really can take a beating-- My temp gauge never really went past a certain level so I never saw it overheating. i always thought the car was working fine. When i went to the shop all I wanted was a coolant flush, AC recharge, and oil change as well as the SES light checked out. Turns out that the bird was overheating and burned out the selenoids i had replaced last year... so they had to take the rest of sunday to order parts... i am probably missing a few things here that need to be replaced. Lets just say the engine is in good shape. LOL
all that matters is getting my car back very soon and everything should now last me for a good long while. I am anxious to get it back. Last night the clutch blew in my fiances 2010 Srt8 Challenger... soo we are without a car. Hope mine is back today so we can go places. LOL My post was kind of meaningless. First time i logged on in years... |
wow a blown clutch is a brand new car.....i hope the warrantee will cover that

Nice to see you back around these parts, and now you are up in my neck of the woods. I am working in Plainsboro these days.
