Nutrition Facts?
So, I just bought this "carbonated water" the other day from Walmart, and it's called "Clear American". The nutrition facts on the bottle say that its zero everything. No calories, carbs, sugars, protein, sodium, and fat, but it tastes so good! I googled it and I couldn't find anything on it. It just really seems too good to be true, honestly. I was just wondering if anyone knew anything about this, cause I could drink this stuff F-O-R-E-V-E-R. I'm sorry, but its really good. THANKS!
BTW the flavor "soda" is called Raspberry Apple. |
Aspartame?

I know exactly what you're talking about. My son drinks it pretty much exclusively, and the pediatrician okayed it. My son also happens to be five years old and burns anything bad before it really gets into his system. For us, the aspertame is a bad thing (Or so I'm told; I'm no dietary expert but I've been trying to do better by myself these days), but I'll occasionally have a glass of this stuff just for some flavor. I think just like anything, in moderation you're okay but don't count on it as a substitute for good ole H2O.

yeah aspartame is known for eating the liner of your stomach away after long term consumption
