Think i snapped my axel

was making a turn, not going fast and i heard a snap so i pulled over. luckily i wasnt far from home so i did about 5 mph the rest of the way and got it in my driveway. When i jerk the wheel back and forth it feels like my back wheels are going to fall off. I need to put it on a lift and figure out what it is =(

jts98z28 06-26-2010 03:38 PM

Chad 06-27-2010 01:31 AM

ok well im putting it on my buddy's lift tomorrow around noon, ill post the exact problem when i figure it out. If it is the axle i will buy it off you. But he thinks it is the C-clip.

JerzLT1 07-26-2010 11:42 AM

it looks like one end bound up and didnt pivot on the bushing like its supposed to and pivoted in the center instead

Chad 07-26-2010 08:53 PM
