Oh the things you will find...
 

So i finally got a damn torx bit so i was able to take out rear carpet and panels. Everything was looking good except for some random wires all over the place... until i look in the RH rear wheel well:

I could poke around and make it worse... no thanks... time to start saving for this repair.....

Oh and that black wire is another random ground not connected to anything..

Is it through? Or just rusty?

You see right through in one spot and areas around it are extremely corroded and with a few pokes you would most likely see light...

is this where the spare tire goes?

black wire is from an aftermarket stereo system at one time

Figured as much...
Also found a bass control knob and a headphone > red/white plugs.
