imo 1500-1800 as it sits.
but like i was saying... i know I personally could get 3500-4500 in parts out of it easily. |
thats the only thing. ive thought about parting it out but where i live the lake wouldnt like to much if theres a car ripped apart sitting in my driveway. thats y i wana sell it whole as a parts car or something.
|
thats understandable. but you cant expect to get near the "parts value" of the car in a whole form.
it takes months to fully part out a car, even then, there may be parts youd need to sit on for a long time before you have a buyer. Even then, you need to have the time and tools for disassembly, room for storage, access to selling means, and knowledge of demand and rough value of the parts. To the majority of people who have parted out a few cars(not just one or 2) its actually an investment for them. We do it to make money because we have the ability and time to do so. Ive had over 60 cars, 40 were JUST to part out. From my standpoint, if i was looking to part a car right at this moment, i would feel comfortable to offer 1500 for your car from seeing it in the pics post-accident. Someone may offer more if they are looking for specific parts like front clip etc, but i highly doubt you get an offer of over 2000. |
honestly. 500 bucks. ive seen these cars dropping in price a ton and you can get a ls1 version for 3500 now. your car is junk, part it out and then junk the shell for the weight.
