...who is to say he wasn't responding to a legitimate medical emergency or a serious police call and he had to get there. you dont put your overhead lights on and go through red-lights to get to a cat-stuck-in-a-tree call so im assuming he was responding to somewhat of a serious call. relax man

if i was on the other end and needed some help id be pissed if i found out the cop was there 5 minutes later because he was forced to take a detour due to the fact that they didnt want to retake one scene
