my most recent winter beater...
I just drove it back onto base tonight....
1999 ZR2 Blazer, 109k miles Its a little rough, but not too bad. Especially since it will probably stay up here in NY till i sell it off in the spring. I just needed something other than the V. Tomorrow ill clean out the interior(previous owner fixed a broken column shifter for me prior to sale) and eventually i need to do brakes, pads and rotors. But thatll be in like a month. Ill do some simple rust treatment in areas, but not gonna go crazy. The night pics make it look worse than it actually is.... but overall, not bad for $500. http://i32.photobucket.com/albums/d5...2/IMG_1465.jpg http://i32.photobucket.com/albums/d5...2/IMG_1466.jpg http://i32.photobucket.com/albums/d5...2/IMG_1476.jpg http://i32.photobucket.com/albums/d5...2/IMG_1467.jpg http://i32.photobucket.com/albums/d5...2/IMG_1473.jpg |
prepare for transmission problems
edit: just saw the miles |
really cant go wrong with any vehicle for that price. they are almost worth that much in scrap metal

the rust is from just sitting while previous owner was deployed till now(he was with my battalion) so like 22 months...
