i havent seen it to close yet i know where he lives so i'll see about stopping by when i have time. his shop or where he works is like .5 miles from my house. theres corvettes and fox's outfront. theres one vette there tubbed out and has a parachute on the back. infront of the shop there is marks going all the way down the road and the tires are wide as hell

Jersey_TA 11-08-2010 09:47 AM

If they were edible they would def. taste something like smore's or apple pie :D HAHA! :D

Im waiting on some shims because it looks like the cleaance between the bearing and the axle when I tighten the axle nut is tooo tight because its binding on something!

Once I get this hicup smoothed out hopefully Ill have finished pics :D

I really wish I could of gone that route with my Corvette brakes, I absolutely love the looks, and would be a big benefit if I went test n tuning again, but I wanted to keep my ZR1 rims, so I had to opt for the C5 brakes, still nice, but nowhere near as sweet as those..

drmrman 11-15-2010 08:34 AM

Thanks! Yeah because you dont need to get new rims the c5 brakes are a fraction of the cost of these Z's... The new rims and tires were an additional 1600 bucks tacked onto the project :/ kind of rough but I think it was worth it!

Im also thinking about ditching these rims and tires and going to factory spec GS rims. I want 19x12 in the rear :D
