I was there all day snapping over 1000 pics and 99% were racing lol. The excitement of the day came at the very end. This GTO was pulling the wheels HIGH all day then on his last pass this happend..........lets just say it didnt end well. He managed to drive it back to the pits though. Also another GTO destroyed his D/S on the launch and left it at the starting line.....pics in the link of me best ones. And now here is your moment of zen.......

Great work with the camera, that's a SICK shot! So, did he destroy the headers, oil pan, or balljoints on landing?

Some chrome part came flying off the car. All the pics of it in the link tell the story...sparks under the car too.

BTW, it was the breather that came flying off of that car.....we were next to him in the pits and I was talking to him about it....he's DAMN lucky that's all that broke/went flying.

Call me very perceptive. I noticed the black camera lens which stuck out against the gray fence. Don't ask how I pick these things out. It drives Gina nuts.
