My front bumper build

It is not finished yet because I ran out of time but I didn't want to put the stock one back on. I still have some finish work to do to the bumper itself. I will also be adding Shackle tabs, Grille guard and a Winch mount.

wow. thats really impressive, i work at a jeep dealer and that looks better than some of the aftermarket ones ive seen come in

Looks bad ass, but those street tires take away all the coolness of it. Needs 35" BFG AT's or MTs.

I will be picking up a pipe bender later in the week, so I can build mine. After that sure, just give me an idea of what you want.

i wouldnt need anything bent, it would just be the 2 uprights and the center straight bars like 2 feet wide only, lol

You have a pic of what it looks like, how it mounts and measurements? I have an idea of what you want but would need more info.

Looks really good, what thickness is it?

mc73nova 03-09-2011 05:11 PM

Thanks. I used 3/16", the top part where the winch mounts is 1/4". I wanted to do 3/16" for the whole thing but the steel yard I went to did not have 3/16" any wider than 6", the top is 8" wide.
