terrible idea?
hey guys, with gas looking expensive and only getting worse, i had a stroke of genius...or insanity, depending on how you look at it. i do 90% of my driving within my town, and was wondering...should i consider a moped? I know they need a license, but that shouldnt be hard to obtain. I was wondering if these things need insurance, if so then just forget it. also, would i be able to drive one on the shoulder as if it were a regular bike? i think the one im looking at has a top speed of probably 30 so i doubt it would be allowed on roads e.g. mantaloking/drumpoint for those of you in the brick area. So what do you think?! also anyone selling a p.o.s. moped for cheap? haha thanks guys!

they apparently need liability insurance, and i was expecting something so dumb to only be 200 bucks, not 600+, well thats one idea out the window lol

im just getting a beach cruiser and getting a work out while im at it lol. also the 2JZ, what type of mpg/power would that be getting. my friend has a 4.3 turbo vortec out of a typhoon he wants to sell me and boy does it sound tempting! but the mileage on that beast is awful and needs premium lol
