it looks like your looking for a old gravely. The Sickle Bar is just one of a bunch of attachments they made from them (they have mower decks, brush hogs, snow blowers, snow plows, etc. for them) My dad has a couple ill see if he still does and if he wants to sell one. He uses them for cutting down brush etc around the house near the woods.

that is a reel mower
