how high is the stall on the converter?

TCI Super Street Fighter is around 3400-3500 when flashed.

How many miles on the shocks?

The shocks have maybe 2000-3000 miles on them. They were on the car new when I got it, and I upgraded the suspension pretty quickly after I got it.
