Anybody deal with Toyota Universe on Rt 46/ little Falls?
 

Just trying to get someone first hand information on this Dealership. I have an interview setup up with them for an Auto Customer Relations Manager, but on a Yahoo site there are 27 reviews that score this place at a 1 with 5 being the best. They call this place every name in the book and tell you to stay FAR away from their Sales staff and Service.
I am not looking forward to walking into a hornets nest, or getting involved with a Bait and Switch operation.

Upside to that you can maybe put up that your the new manager of customer relations, get in contact with those people and ask what you could do to have made it a better experiance, plus if you get a hold of them on the forums you can get a feel for what happened by listening to their gripes
