fuse blows and trans acts up
 
98 LS1 auto Camaro, blows a 15amp fuse then the trans doesnt shift properly, happens at random, can go weeks months days between blown, i havent looked at it myself but im curious if anyone has an idea

Unplug the connector to the trans and see if it shifts manually...

^ this... may have bad internal harness or external harness may be chafed.

fuse labeled ENG CTRL, from what i was told it isnt shifting into 3rd-4th gears when the fuse blows... when the fuse is good, trans shifts perfect

That could be anything, unplug the trans like I suggested and see if its internal or what.
