looking for a decent machine shop around sj or cj
 
I have a 97 lt1 motor i need to has some machine work done on i am looking for a decent shop around the sj area maybe even the cj area its a street motor nothing radical just looking for good work that does not break the bank i got a quote to do the work and it seemed alittle to steep for what needed to be done the block is stripped down now ready to go

Ryans Custom Machine shop in matawan on rt 79. Just had work done by him.

When I built my 383 I used Withers Automotive in Collingswood. They are not the cheapest around but you would have a a hard time finding someone with the amount of knowledge and experience. Their shop is down a driveway behind a house, almost looks like your pulling into someone's driveway.

For regular stuff I've been using Chris at Burington County Auto Parts (in Burlington city), I know he does head work but I'm not sure if he does block machining. He's done a good amount of work for me and I've never had an issue.
