Aren't XJs limited to 9" total lift (suspension and tire)? I would say there's nothing borderline about it. I suppose you won't have an issue if you stay out of the NJ forests. Seems that the rangers are the only ones who regularly ticket for the lack of high rise inspection.

I might be able to squeak by because the measure from ground to bottom of the rent door and its got alittle rake to it.
I got Rubicon Express arms with a Clayton's crossmember. The coils are new bds, and the rear leafs are rusty's with lii slider boxes. I hope it will settle in a bit. 35x12.5x15 bfg km's with summit d-windows 15x8 3.75 in backspace. I'm going to be buying km2's one with each paycheck from tire buyer direct.

It shousl settle in. You might loose an inch after all is said and done. And here is the NJ Lift laws: http://home.comcast.net/~kayaker121/NJLiftLaws.html

That website was good and very accurate from when I did the K5 a couple years ago
