need part name or number asap

Finally found my vacuum leak today. I have a hole in the short hose between the pcv valve and throttle body. anybody know what that is called or a part number so i can go pick one up tonite? Its the shorter hose directly connected to the throttle body that the pcv fits into, maybe 2 inches long. Thanks in advance guys, i really wanna fix this,i cant deal with the whistling anymore.

Yeah its dealer only and only comes as the entire piece from t/b to both valve covers.

Think I saw it on gmpartsdirect or one of those sites for 120$ish

01 SS and 04 Vette PCV to T/B Tube 12556454 list $8.39

There was also a 2004 vette specific PCV "dirty Air" tube "U shape"
12594779 list $4.19
