What can I do about clear coat peeling?

I noticed my clear coat was peeling on the roof of my cobalt. What is the proper way to handle this?

edit anyone else having these problems in newer gm cars?

Nothing you can do except get it repainted.

See if there is an warranty extention on paint peeling for your model/year
