Just a thought

Took the z28 out tonight. Haven't had it out in awhile. Went around a corner and the hood popped, when i brake it pulls to the right .She hesitated off the line but ran like a bat out of hell on the highway. It made me realize how souless our daily drivers are and made me appreciate my z more. I love my Jeep but it just dosent have the same feel of the z. I feel more a part of my Z, for all its quirks thats what makes it feel more fun to drive.

you should probably get those brakes fixed :D

I finally got my car aligned, it had 3 degrees of toe or something. I feel it lost some character :(

My DD likes to throw the front end sideways when driven hard :(

I'm with you on this. August 20th I filled my tank, since then I drove 28 miles in the formula. I took it to the ATM this morning and when I got back I realized it smelled like the track, Tires, catless exhaust and little clutch. Made me realize I should probably keep her and enjoy it for a few more years till I get out of school and can afford an upgrade instead of struggle with payments now.

Sounds like the left caliper is frozen. Replace the pair. Just went through the same with my Jeep. Speaking of which, I know what you mean. When I got a third car a few years ago, the Jeep stopped having DD duties. Said third car just got wrecked and we're hunting for another, so I'm back to driving the Jeep to work for awhile. I don't even listen to the radio; I just listen to the engine and exhaust along with the constant hum of the 35" mud terrains as I manually shift gears. FUN!

I'd be more apt to blame a bad hose unless you find the caliper does not slide.

I'd bleed the brakes first!

Yes to both, in my opinion.

Please tell me they are not the original hoses!

Could just be frozen caliper slides as well. Whatever it is, it's not safe and won't stay fun.
