WTB: IROC or GTA
 

I'd like to get my hands on a stock late 80's IROC or GTA driver, has to be a L98 and has to have T-tops, no hard tops, no verts. I am partial to Blue, Maroon and Black on IROC's and I like Maroon and Black on GTA's. The main thing is I want it stock looking and relitivly unmolested with a 350. I have about $3500 to spend, I could probably get a little more for the right car. I dont mind high mileage with smokey valve guides, i know they do that, i get it. Im more concerned about the body being straight and rust free. The mechanical aspect I can handle, body work, ehhhh... not my thing.

Not interested in an LT car I presume?

If I recall, T-Tops were NOT available until the late 1991 and the entire 1992 run of FBodies because they felt there was too much torque with the L98 350.

I had a 87 l98 with t-tops

What about a 94 Trans Am with clean body for $3900

they just didnt put T5s behind the L98. late 80s 350 ttop cars are easy to find
