Doesn't that thing make over 400hp? And its stick too, right? What's up with the mph?

Not sure if I believe the dyno numbers last time it made 473 on a dynocom dyno. K_garreston23's transam made 366 bolt on only in the same dyno, then made 356 after a tune at rpm, and slow-v6's transam made 499 on the same dyno. So to be honest I'm not exactly sure of the HP. I'm sure the car would go faster with a driver mod.

sweetbmxrider 09-28-2012 11:35 AM

Well the shifts seem alright, I was just wondering why the trap speed was low compared to the hp. Did you check the DA?

B4C 09-28-2012 11:39 AM

No I did not.

coolmanvette75 09-28-2012 01:47 PM

How heavy is the car?

B4C 09-28-2012 01:58 PM

Full street weight, no reduction

I don't really know gen III, I was more looking at what I thought was an over 400hp 6 speed car and 117mph in decent air.

Yeah I just looked up the DA and it was around +630 feet so car would have went .5 mph and .06-.07 seconds quicker. Makes sense now.
