Motor replaced or trans replaced to get that combo?

It had this setup when i bought it. I'm pretty sure the motor was swapped. Clutch looks original.

to see stock engine. look at 8th digit of vin .. if 8, 350 tpi . if f, 305tpi

originally a 305 manual car. engine was swapped
