ACTRON CP9580 AUTOSCANNER opinions

I'm looking to pick up a decent scanner to have and found a used one of these for 80.00.

Is this a deal?
Does any one have any experience with this scanner?
From a quick search they look to retail for around 200.00 and can supposedly read the EBCM aswell.

Just wanted to get some other thoughts before I buy it.

Got a laptop? Autotap is good for obd2.

Looks decent. The ABS code functionality would have come in handy for me a few times. I have the Actron 9185, it doesn't do ABS.

Thanks I went a head and picked it up for 75.00, it looked to outperform anything in that price range if I bought new.

It's only about 4 months old.
