What most of you wanted to see

hey guys well as most of you saw in my other thread im in the process of buying a house down here in nc. long story short was suppost to close october 25th that got pushed back to november 15th. well november 15th passed and still no closing on house due to issues on sellers end (easement) so we are not sure how long thats going to take.

so the seller decided to let me take early posession of the house rent free until we close on the house. i just have to pay for electric and cable.

but i know most of you guys wanted pics of the garage and i only had 1 when i posted my other thread.

So here ya go!! i cant do what i want with it until i close but at least i have the keys to the house and will be all moved in by end of next week.

Old thread: http://www.njfboa.org/forums/showthread.php?t=61742

house: dont mind the grass. it will be nice and green when spring rolls around.

nice house i hope you close on it soon

very nice! I'm jealous. Would you ever consider putting on an addition? I think you need at least 4 bays wide and a lift. You can never have a big enough garage, lol.

emolineaux 11-30-2012 06:56 PM

i want a lift ive been looking at a few that are on craigslist. worst case might do a slab next to garage and put in a lift

now only if i had a project car to work on in there......

i know!

since we were granted early possession on the house due to sellers end slacking on an issue thats been known about for a over a month i cant do updates to it yet.

but i plan on doing a different top for the work bench(as the kitchen counter top will never hold up to what ill be using it for.

and ill be doing a nice floor coating in it before i load it up with tools and a project car.

Save your money on the floor coating. The cheaper stuff doesn't hold up well, and the more expensive stuff... Well, you could build a second garage for what it would cost. If you're just looking for a color, you could try concrete stain... But I don't think I'd bother even with that.
