Who on this board rides?

I know January isn't the best time to post this but I was seeing if I could a group out for next season. Almost all my friends have bikes but only a couple actually ride. I don't mind going out alone but it's nice to get a decent group together every once in awhile. I'll ride anywhere; shore, city, local, etc. It doesn't matter to me.

So who would be interested in some runs when the weather breaks?

SoCal rider here, if my bikes were still in New Jersey I'd be up for one the next time i'm home! What kind of riding do you go for? This previous summer I had my dads Triumph out scooting around Northern Jersey/New York with some of my friends, excellent roads by Sterling Forrest, Greenwood Lake area.

I haven't been on my bike since september I think ...

I ride but don't have my bike anymore. Maybe in the future I will get one again.
Sounds fun!
JW :D

I'll do any kind of riding. I have an R1 and a custom Warrior. So I'll either cruise with my Harley friends or whip around with the sport bike guys. I'm getting my suspension tuned on the R1 so I'll be looking forward to some twisties.

I'm getting the itch for another sportbike or CB750. I can't buy one right now though because I really need to focus on school.

I used to ride. But now I have very little desire to anymore, especially due to traffic/roads/drivers here in northeast NJ. Plus the future wife probably wouldn't be too thrilled.

I ride. I usually go up to the more scenic areas of Morris/Sussex/Hunterdon counties to get away from all the congested roads here in the northeast parts of the state.

I used to live in Hillsborough, I wonder if I've seen you around.

Nope, wasn't me. But my Warrior is black with red rims haha. I had it at my parents in Hillsborough last summer.

Teds89IROC 01-09-2013 02:51 PM

I have a CBR F3. I ride with some friends around Greenwood lake, Sterling Forest, Bear Mountain areas. Try to stay further northeast to avoid all the morons lol. Last time I had the bike out was around hurricane sandy with the gas rationing.

Hoping Alex throws some lights on his so he can street it next time he's home in Jersey :D

I took my R1 to Hoboken the Saturday before Sandy. I went to three gas stations before I finally found one that had some. Looking back now it's crazy to think that a little more then 24 hours later it'd be underwater.

yea, it was a crazy storm. My family's shore house was destroyed, it still doesn't seem real.

only one way to find out ;-)

I've seen some crazy light setups on race fairings and the bike's were street legal. I'm sure you can find a cheap set up on a forum and duplicate it.
