Weather

So, from the talks around the water cooler here at work, it sounds like the world is coming to an end?

I'm hearing mixed things:
It's 2 storms that may combine into one, and bring a lot of snow.
We're looking at 3/4 of an inch.
"It's coming tonight. No, it's coming tomorrow night."
It's really just going to be New England.
Expect nothing less than 6 inches.
So on & so forth.

Naturally, I took to NJFBOA...

BonzoHansen 02-07-2013 01:45 PM

I heard 3' in new england!

deadtrend1 02-07-2013 01:49 PM

My flight is scheduled to arrive in philly around 10:30 tomorrow night. I hope it wont affect it much..

LTb1ow 02-07-2013 01:52 PM

Snow over Friday enough to cancel/postpone class Saturday morning would be excellent.

Realistically, its gun rain.

6-12" in North Jersey supposedly...i'm building an arc.

Jersey Mike 02-07-2013 02:02 PM

Someone come build me a shelter for the 'bird!

6-10" of snow?

Do not believe it.

elle 02-07-2013 03:46 PM

I'll say 10" in most of Hunterdon County.

Jersey Mike 02-07-2013 03:54 PM

Just heard that it was upped from 3-6" to 10-14" for us here closer to NY, with 25mph winds. Said to start 6am tomorrow morning...

donnj 02-07-2013 05:37 PM

all snow, 14 inches..

redsoxsstink 02-07-2013 06:10 PM

i hope they are wrong for central jersey (4-6in) i would really like to see us get smacked with this storm. been waiting for a good snowfall

grazi 02-07-2013 06:53 PM

We're screwed

V 02-07-2013 09:32 PM

I win according to that map

greenformula92 02-08-2013 02:15 AM

I hope it isn't as bad as they say. I'll be at work on the road for the thick of it if that's the case. Probably heading north. I really don't feel like driving an 18 wheeler through a blizzard

KevinW 02-08-2013 05:58 AM

Hope it is not what they are saying and be a non-event. I have not hooked up the plow yet and I would like to make a trip up to NY state to pick up some F70-14 tires on sunday. Central jersey is in the 5" of snow.

6+ inches easily and still coming down

LTb1ow 02-08-2013 08:42 PM

Enough to go romp down the street with the truck, but nothing crazy

KevinW 02-09-2013 05:51 AM

I got 6" in monmouth county, the above map was accurate in my case. Power is still on! :D

elle 02-09-2013 07:48 AM

About 7" here. Nice and light!

Jersey Mike 02-09-2013 07:59 AM

I'm up in Randolph and it's awfully windy here!

You plow guys must be exhausted right now...

LTb1ow 02-09-2013 08:03 AM

Shoveled driveway and its already icy, joy

maroman88 02-09-2013 08:08 AM

was out messin around in the blazer at around midnight, unplowed streets were to deep to get a good drift going lol

Blackbirdws6 02-09-2013 08:31 AM

Got about 6 inches. Snow removal is complete and driveway/sidewalk salted. I like that pellet stuff better than what I bought last year.

PolarBear 02-09-2013 09:20 AM

Everywhere I have shoveled is melting on its own. I hope the snow sticks around for a good while
