SBC heads or complete running 350 nothing special stock with be fine
 

My dad just picked up a 85 monte carlo that had a bare shortblock in it and the condition of the motor is unknown so we are looking for a set fo cheap heads to slap on and try getting it running. Or if he can get a decent priced running 350 that will work as well. If we can find something decent priced soon we are just going to pull the motor and go through it and spend more money for better heads once we know the bottom end is good but as of now looking for something to just try putting it togeather and see what happens 609-579-0090
