My new daily driver...
I traded in the Cruze last month since the lease was coming due soon and picked up a 2014 2LS Camaro for a 3 year lease. If I would have bought one, it would have been a V8 but the better fuel economy of the V6 will help out. And 323hp is still nothing to laugh at. Just think, when I bought my 2001 SS new, the LS1s were coming with 325hp. Eventually I plan on changing to the RS taillights which are LED and maybe the HID halo headlights as well. If I find a good deal on a silver 2014 SS hood and bumper, I'll swap those too, but no real mods planned other than maybe a cold air intake which is said to gain about 15hp.
Here are some quick shots from yesterday... http://i32.photobucket.com/albums/d5...ps4381423c.jpg http://i32.photobucket.com/albums/d5...ps0f7dba2e.jpg http://i32.photobucket.com/albums/d5...pse32c4990.jpg http://i32.photobucket.com/albums/d5...ps35c10bc3.jpg http://i32.photobucket.com/albums/d5...pseef514d6.jpg |

Seriously - good looking car! Love that color. The air intake is a good idea for mods that are easily revertible to stock. I know K&N makes a system for your car that runs about $250 to $260 from authorized retailers, not including tax or shipping. Saw a dyno graph of 13hp on a 2012 V6. It is amazing how smaller motors can make great HP these days - the LaCrosse I have has the same motor as yours in a FWD configuration and makes 280hp (newer years have up to 323) and moves out pretty darn well (probably a high 14 second car). But a 325hp LS1 in a 4th gen puts out a lot more power under the curve than the 3.6L can, which would make it quite a bit faster, not counting the weight difference either. |

Nice. My brother picked up a 2014 1SS back in Sept.

Wow, I really like those '14 export taillights, I've never seen those. Waaaay nicer than the domestic tails IMO.

As subtle as the changes are from the 10-13' they look much better! nice choice. Pretty decent in snow to
I love the tail lights on them. |
